Set of 4 playful postmodern glasses with tactile indentations, 1980s.
Playful yet precise, this set of four sculptural glasses explores the intersection of ergonomics and playfulness. Their form offers more than just a vessel for drinking — it becomes a tactile experiment.
The lower body of each glass is pushed inward — like an imprint of the hand, held in glass. Above, three rectangular recesses disturb the cylindrical silhouette, as if logic had taken a detour. The result is a series of playful interruptions: functional, intimate, almost uncanny.
They belong to a domestic performance of postmodern gestures, where form no longer follows function but rather teases it. Very comfortable to hold, and slightly strange to behold, these glasses ask to be touched, turned, interpreted.
A set designed not for quiet background use, but as protagonists on the table — an invitation to hold objects that hold you back, softly.
Only one set available.
