RARE. ensures a secure and reliable shipping service for all orders placed through our online store. This Shipping Policy outlines how shipments are managed, including processing times, costs, delivery estimates, shipping responsibilities, and handling of incidents, both for domestic and international deliveries.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer; customers will be notified by email in case of delay.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipments are carried out via certified and insured carriers.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions, and displayed before checkout.

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and additional charges according to the destination country’s legislation.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Spain and European Union: 3–7 business days.

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days, depending on country and customs.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, including customs or carrier delays.

4. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

  • Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Orders include a tracking number, provided to the customer by email.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate addresses; incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional costs.

6. Shipping Incidents, Loss, or Damage

  • If a product arrives damaged or is lost during transport, the customer must notify RARE. within 48h of receipt.

  • The claim will be managed with the carrier and replacement, repair, or refund will be offered as appropriate.

  • For international orders, some claims may be subject to local laws of the destination country.

7. Products and Item Condition

  • All RARE. products are 20th-century design objects, vintage, and may be used or never used.

  • The condition is described as accurately as possible, including possible signs of use or natural wear.

  • By making a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to these conditions.

8. Restricted Countries and Export

  • For legal or shipping reasons, some countries may be restricted for delivery.

  • If an order cannot be shipped to a specific country, RARE. will notify the customer and offer cancellation or full refund.
