Return Policy

The store has a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return.

In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as it was received: unused, without signs of wear, with tags and in its original packaging with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

To initiate a return, you must contact the store at contact@therareobject.com.

If the return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact the store immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that the issue can be assessed and resolved.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you have any doubts about a specific item, you must contact the store before proceeding with a return.

 

Return Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refund Period

Once the return is accepted, the store will refund the total order amount, excluding the return shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the returned item. The initial shipping costs of the order will only be refunded if the return is due to an error by the store or a defective product. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account will depend on your bank.

 

Right of Withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with European Union legislation, when merchandise is shipped to a member state, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
